Evaluate your supplier shortlist
Evaluate the evidence behind your shortlist. Set shared criteria, assign weights, and see what still needs checking before a supplier can be compared.
Review the starting criteria, then add assessments or load the clearly labeled worked example.

Scoring method and assumptions
Weighted points /100 = sum(weight × rating ÷ 5) ÷ total weight × 100. Unknown ratings contribute no earned points; their weight stays in the denominator. The possible range gives those unknowns ratings from 0 to 5, not a prediction.
Rating coverage = rated weight ÷ total weight. Recorded evidence coverage = weight with “Buyer review recorded,” a reference, and a review date on or before the evaluation date ÷ total weight.
Ranking requires ratings and recorded evidence for every positive-weight or Required criterion, all Required ratings at least 3, and your target score if set. A zero-weight Required criterion still acts as a required check. A zero-weight criterion with Required unchecked is excluded for all suppliers.
Weights and expectations are buyer-defined starting points. Apply the same criteria, scope, rating anchors, and review standard to each supplier. Percentages show one decimal place; ranking and target checks use unrounded integer weighted points.
Scores summarize your judgments and evidence records. They do not verify supplier identity, validate certificates, guarantee performance, or select a supplier for you. Export the report before leaving; this plugin does not save your entries.
