BEHIND BIZNAX

Editorial Policy

Biznax publishes supplier research and practical sourcing information to help business buyers understand their options and prepare better purchasing questions. This policy sets the editorial standards for supplier profiles, buying guides, glossary entries, templates, comparisons, images, and tools published on Biznax.com.

Reader usefulness guides topic selection. Coverage should address a clear need, such as understanding a supplier’s activities, preparing specifications, comparing quotations, or examining order requirements. Our focus includes packaging, printing, related materials, industrial containers, labeling, and production equipment. Coverage is selective; inclusion or omission alone does not establish a company’s quality or suitability.

Accuracy and sourcing take priority over speed and publication volume. Writers should use identifiable sources appropriate to the claim, favoring original documents, official product information, relevant public records, and clearly attributed expert material. Company websites help establish what a business says about itself, but do not independently prove every capability or commercial claim.

Important details require context. Company identity, location, product scope, certifications, capacity, and service coverage should be supported by relevant information. Prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times need dates, units, and conditions where available. Missing details must remain visible rather than being filled with assumptions.

Supplier profiles should organize information consistently and distinguish published company claims from additional checks. Listing, claimed-profile, and identity-check statuses must reflect their defined scope. A profile must not imply a factory inspection, product test, certification review, or business relationship that has not occurred.

Fair presentation requires clear distinctions between fact, interpretation, opinion, and illustration. Titles and summaries should accurately represent the content. Unsupported superlatives, misleading comparisons, invented quotations, and claims of firsthand experience are unacceptable. Hypothetical purchasing scenarios must be recognizable as examples.

Comparisons, supplier selections, and scorecards should explain their criteria, scope, and limitations. A numerical score must not conceal missing evidence or imply a comprehensive assessment. Different purchasing requirements can produce different conclusions, and relevant trade-offs should be explained.

Editorial independence applies to factual conclusions, corrections, and verification status. Advertising, sponsorship, commissions, or company requests must not determine whether a claim is treated as true. Where a commercial relationship affects the presentation or placement of content, it should be disclosed clearly near that content. Contributors should disclose relevant interests to the person responsible for editorial approval.

Company submissions and press releases may provide research leads. Promotional wording requires editorial assessment before reuse. Requests to review company information for factual accuracy do not give a company control over the page’s conclusions or publication decisions.

Review before publication should examine evidence, attribution, context, clarity, and consistency. Authorship and reviewer information must accurately describe the work performed and any expertise claimed. Technical or regulatory statements require sources appropriate to their jurisdiction and application; uncertainty should be explained.

Tools and templates should state their purpose, inputs, assumptions, and limitations. Calculations require checks against known examples. Content must distinguish estimated results from supplier quotations, confirmed specifications, or professional advice tailored to a transaction.

Images and AI assistance follow the same accuracy standards as text. Illustrations must not misrepresent a company’s actual products or facilities. AI-assisted material requires the review and disclosure described in the AI Policy. Sources, credentials, and research activities must never be fabricated.

Content should be revisited when reliable new information, significant changes, or credible error reports warrant review. Material corrections should be explained under the Corrections Policy. A revised date should represent meaningful review or updating.

Readers and company representatives can raise concerns through the Contact Us page. Please identify the relevant page and provide supporting information. Editorial decisions should be reconsidered when credible evidence warrants a change.
