These Terms of Service govern use of Biznax.com and its supplier research, sourcing guides, templates, tools, and related website features. Please read them before using the site or submitting information. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the services to which they apply.
Purpose of the site. Biznax provides general business information and purchasing resources. Content is not professional advice tailored to a particular transaction. Supplier profiles, identity-check labels, comparisons, and tool results have the limits described in the Disclaimer and Identity Check Methodology.
Unless expressly agreed for a separately described service, Biznax is not a party to buyer–supplier transactions. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for confirming specifications, prices, payment arrangements, delivery conditions, and their contractual obligations directly with each other.
Acceptable use. Use the site lawfully and without interfering with other users or its operation. Do not impersonate a company, submit fraudulent information, introduce malicious software, bypass access controls, or harvest personal information. Do not use contact or submission features for spam, deceptive promotion, or unauthorized disclosure of confidential material.
If account or profile-management features are available, provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You must have appropriate authority when acting on behalf of a business. Report suspected unauthorized access through the Contact Us page.
Supplier submissions. By submitting information, you confirm that you have authority to share it and that it is accurate to your knowledge. Identify sources for important claims and obtain necessary permissions for supplied images, text, and documents. Do not submit private customer records, confidential quotations, or unnecessary personal information for publication.
You retain any rights you hold in submitted material. You permit Biznax to store, review, edit, format, and display that material as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant listing or feature. This permission does not give Biznax ownership of your trademarks. Requests to update or remove published information are handled under the Supplier Listing Policy and applicable rights.
Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, favorable wording, or an identity-check outcome. Biznax may request evidence, correct descriptions, merge duplicates, or decline material that does not meet its published standards.
Content and intellectual property. Rights in site content belong to Biznax or the relevant rights holders, where applicable. You may read and use resources for personal research and internal business purposes, including adapting templates for your own purchasing activities, subject to any stated license.
Do not reproduce substantial editorial content, resell downloadable resources, or redistribute restricted datasets without permission. Preserve relevant attribution and notices. These Terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law or rights you independently hold in public information.
Tools and external services. Review the inputs, assumptions, units, and limitations of calculators, scorecards, and generated drafts. Outputs require assessment before use in consequential decisions. Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and data practices.
Commercial features. If paid listings, downloads, subscriptions, or other paid services are offered, their price, scope, duration, renewal arrangements, and cancellation or refund conditions must be presented before purchase. Separate agreed service terms may apply. Payment does not determine factual conclusions or verification status.
Privacy and corrections. Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Report inaccuracies, rights concerns, or misuse through the Contact Us page. Editorial reports are assessed under the Corrections Policy.
Availability and responsibility. Biznax does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular commercial outcome. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address security threats, misuse, or material breaches, with notice where practicable and an opportunity to request review. Paid-service obligations and applicable remedies remain relevant.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or other matters where exclusion is prohibited, or removes rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Changes and questions. Revised Terms will be published with an updated date, with reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.
