Description: homePacking Strap Packing straps are a high tensile strength banding material used for a variety of packing tasks, such as bundling, securing plastic totes, and tying together (unitizing) both palletized and unpalletized materials for in-plant transfer and shipping. These are recyclable, compostable, and environmentally beneficial. Polypropylene and polyester strapping can be sent to landfills or, more severely, wind up in hedgerows, rivers, or oceans because they are not frequently recycled. Packing straps are frequently used for large loads that need to be handled, transported, and stored under great tension. These provide high tension, have a long retention time for this tension, and have good stretch recovery.
